As a graphic system and layout exercise, I wanted to give the annual Belgian Aeropress Championship (BAC) a redesign. This redesign aims to see how a different, contemporary design language can affect a message. The BAC is an event where 27 Aeropress wizards compete for a ticket to the World Championship in Melbourne, Australia.

An aeropress is a manual coffee maker. Ground coffee beans and water are steeped inside, then forced through a filter by pressing the plunger through the chamber. This device is represented in a simplified, angular illustration in the identity.

Note: this project is not commissionned by, nor affiliated to, Wide Awake or the Aeropress Championships event organisers.
